Job Opportunity: Billing & Collections Specialist ✨ Location: Santa Fe Springs Employment Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $68,640 - $72,000 per yearKey Duties & Responsibilities:✅ Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports categorized by customer, project progress, and sales staff for executive review. Use data to guide daily collection efforts, calls, and notes.✅ Process daily cash transactions, including accurate deposits, ACH payments, and wire transfers.✅ Address and resolve internal/external client inquiries about invoicing.✅ Assess customer credit limits by reviewing credit agency data and recommending approvals/adjustments.✅ Develop customized billing schedules tailored to specific project stages and milestones.✅ Organize and maintain client sales tax exemption records using compliance tools.✅ Support monthly multi-state sales tax filings and reconciliation tasks.Required Skills & Qualifications: Must have experience in billing and collections. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field is a plus. Proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite (preferred). QuickBooks familiarity is a bonus. Prior experience in industries like construction or project management is advantageous.
