Overview:The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments. This role supports the finance team by maintaining organized records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities.Key Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.Enter and maintain accurate data in the accounting system.Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Assist with month-end closing and accruals.Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and documentation.Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure excellent communication.Support audits by providing requested documentation.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
