Project Manager – Commercial Construction

$90,000 – $120,000 Bonus

About The Opportunity

A well-established and growing construction firm is seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to lead commercial construction projects across healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control across multiple projects
• Support and participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays and risks
• Lead meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and communication
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Prepare and deliver project reports, documentation, and progress updates
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare, K-12, or higher education preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) delivery method
