About The Opportunity
A well-established and growing construction firm is seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to lead commercial construction projects across healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control across multiple projects
- Support and participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays and risks
- Lead meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and communication
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Prepare and deliver project reports, documentation, and progress updates
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals with:
- Strong organization, accountability, and time management skills
- A sense of urgency, positive attitude, and high integrity
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare, K-12, or higher education preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
- Experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) delivery method
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
