Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Broad experience across multiple construction delivery methods, including:
- Design‑Build
- CM at Risk
- Public Bid
- Negotiated Work
- Strong background in commercial construction, including pre‑engineered metal buildings
