We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing, high-performance team.

- Lead onboarding calls with new landlords, clearly guiding them through the platform, processes, and expectations
- Own the homeowner experience during the first 30–60 days, ensuring successful lease-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams to launch homes and resolve issues in real time
- Manage high-volume communication across phone, Zoom, and email, including handling escalations
- Identify operational gaps and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve processes and features
- Oversee Tier 1 offshore support to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Marketplace Ops, Consulting, or Finance
- Proven success in high-volume, call-heavy environments
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and video
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and guide customers with clarity
- Strong academic or early career track record
- Experience at a high-growth, VC-backed startup (Series A–C) or within a marketplace environment is a strong plus
- Background in consulting or finance is a plus
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. This role does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
