What You’ll Take On
- Plan and manage our participation in industry conferences, community events, and company-hosted programs.
- Run the content calendar—blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, customer stories, and broader thought leadership.
- Turn webinars and events into reusable content, including recaps, highlight clips, and short-form videos.
- Create tailored collateral for priority accounts and equip the go-to-market team with strong supporting materials.
- Partner closely with sales to align marketing initiatives with account-level campaigns and overall growth goals.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (content, events, or demand gen), or a background in consulting.
- Candidates tend to come from one of two paths:
- Former consultants (MBB or similar) interested in moving into marketing
- Marketers from early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startups (Seed–Series B)
- Familiarity with account-based marketing—or a strong ability to learn it quickly, especially for candidates coming from consulting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams at once.
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for clear storytelling across blogs, events, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Someone proactive, hands-on, and comfortable navigating limited resources and quick turnarounds.
