We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-moving, growth-stage startup environments (Series B–E).
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, sponsorships, and media placements — with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution.
- Partner with external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with growth objectives and deliver strong ROI.
- Design, launch, and manage ongoing A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune creative assets, targeting, and ad spend.
- Evaluate campaign analytics and performance metrics to identify insights and guide future planning.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns forward-thinking and high-impact.
- Demonstrated success running digital programs for a B2B SaaS company in the Series B–E stage.
- Strong track record in performance marketing, with a data-first approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Stability and progression in career history (ideally 3 years in your current organization with at least one promotion).
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
