Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cybersecurity engineering team across enterprise security operations.
- Manage cybersecurity infrastructure, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Drive red team, blue team, and purple team exercises to test and strengthen the organization’s security posture.
- Conduct and oversee penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling.
- Manage incident response efforts, forensic investigations, and mitigation plans.
- Develop and enforce information security policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate CVEs and perform risk-based analysis to inform decisions and reduce exposure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate cybersecurity into business operations and technology initiatives.
- Present threat assessments, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC 2) and internal governance.
- Lead change management and implementation of security-related systems and upgrades.
- 6 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally within tech-driven, startup, or financial services environments (manufacturing also considered).
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing cybersecurity or InfoSec teams.
- Hands-on experience with red, blue, and/or purple team operations.
- Deep expertise in penetration testing, risk assessment, and security architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience operating in a high-growth or cloud-native tech environment.
- Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks, secure DevOps, and emerging threat landscapes.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial or regulated industries.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
