This role leads regional IT teams, ensures dependable day-to-day support, and works closely with office leadership to deliver reliable, business-aligned technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead IT Support Operations: Ensure attorneys and staff receive prompt, high-quality technical support; maintain a strong culture of customer service.
- Manage and Develop Teams: Supervise regional IT staff, set clear expectations, provide coaching, and encourage continuous learning.
- Ensure Technology Reliability: Oversee uptime and performance for computers, printers, peripherals, networking equipment, and A/V systems.
- Oversee Service Requests: Use ServiceNow and Jira to track tickets, escalate issues, and maintain clear communication through resolution.
- Execute Regional Projects: Partner with the PMO and IT leaders to roll out system upgrades, hardware deployments, and firmwide initiatives.
- Partner With Office Leaders: Build trusted relationships and provide guidance on technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support Security & Compliance: Work with infrastructure teams on network performance, cybersecurity measures, and data-protection best practices.
- Collaborate Firmwide: Coordinate with the IT Service Director and other regional managers to deliver consistent service across all locations.
- Support Events & Meetings: Manage A/V setups, video conferencing, and technology logistics for internal and client-facing events.
- Travel as Needed: Visit regional offices periodically for onsite leadership, team collaboration, and relationship-building.
- 10 years of IT management experience in a multi-office or enterprise environment; professional services or law firm experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suite, networking fundamentals, and remote-access tools (Citrix, VPN, iOS wireless).
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira, including use of metrics and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
