The IT Regional Manager exists to oversee IT operations, staff, service quality, and technology support across multiple US offices, ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional customer experience.What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)Expert proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of customer service principles and IT service best practicesAdvanced experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and JiraAbility to produce, analyze, and act on service desk reports and metricsDeep expertise in OS installation and configurationStrong understanding of remote access technologies (Citrix, VPN)Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies (iOS)Knowledge of networking technologies, cabling topologies, and related systemsBachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus10 years of management or supervisory experience10 years supporting end users across software, hardware, and networking environments10 years of LAN/WAN and network systems support10 years configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systemsProfessional services or law firm experience preferredWhat You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)Deliver and model exceptional customer service across all regional officesOversee operational availability of all office technology including computers, printers, peripherals, and A/V systemsUse ServiceNow and Jira to manage ticket lifecycle, escalate issues, and maintain consistent communication with customersLead, coach, and develop regional IT staff; set goals and monitor performanceSupport video conferencing, enterprise meetings, presentations, and client eventsBuild trusted relationships with office leadership and provide technology consultation to support business needsPartner with PMO to implement firmwide and office-specific initiatives and technology projectsCollaborate with other IT managers to maintain consistent, repeatable customer service processesWork with the IT Infrastructure team to maintain network infrastructure, servers, telecom, and audio/visual equipmentPromote and enforce data security policies and best practicesTravel periodically to US regional officesCompensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
