We’re looking for an Electrical BIM Modeler to join a rapidly growing electrical contractor in the Columbus/Pataskala, OH area!

If you have hands-on experience creating 3D electrical models and want to work on large commercial, industrial, or hyperscale projects, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

📍 Location: Pataskala, OH — Columbus Area

🗓️ Schedule: HYBRID (4 Days in Office & 1 Day Remote)

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience with Electrical BIM Modeling.
• Background with large commercial, industrial, or hyperscale projects.
• Experience translating engineering/design information into 3D models.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documents.
• Data Center / Hyperscale experience is a major PLUS!

💻 What You'll Do:

• Create detailed 3D digital models of electrical systems for construction.
• Translate engineering drawings, one-lines, and panel schedules into accurate spatial models.
• Model electrical devices, fixtures, and equipment to scale.
• Maintain proper dimensions, clearances, and spatial relationships.
• Produce models that support real-world construction and installation.
• Support modeling for fiber, telecom, MV, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting, and branch power.
• Help coordinate complex electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• $48K–$65K Base Salary
• 100% Employer-Paid Medical/Vision/Dental - Individual & Family
