We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join a growing commercial electrical contractor in Monroe, NC!

This is an opportunity to take your estimating experience to the next level while working with a family-oriented, team-driven organization that values quality, flexibility, and employee morale.

📍Location: Monroe, NC (ON-SITE | Open to potential hybrid schedule)

🎯 Requirements:

• 4 years of electrical experience
• 3 years of commercial project experience
• Experience with mid-sized commercial projects — hospitals, schools, hotels, police stations, etc.
• Ground-up AND renovation experience.
• Strong understanding of the electrical preconstruction process.
• Ability to confidently read electrical drawings and specifications.
• 1 year of Accubid Anywhere experience.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Microsoft Office / Excel experience.

⚡What You'll Do:

• Develop accurate estimates and formal proposal packages.
• Review bid invitations and sales opportunities with leadership.
• Review drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed electrical takeoffs using Accubid Anywhere.
• Maintain organized bid records, vendor pricing, and customer information.
• Collaborate with the team on scope, pricing, and bid strategy.

💲Compensation & Benefits:

• $80K–$140K Base Salary (Depending on experience)
