Lead Marine is currently looking to hire Riggers for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. This Rigging job will be working on Naval Bases & Shipyards. DBIDs badge in hand is a plus. Qualified candidates please apply now!
Requirements
- Align, level and anchor machinery.
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
- Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceiling and gin pole bolos using bolts and clamps.
Qualifications
- Must have at least minimum 4 years of rigging experience in heavy industrial and/or shipyards.
- Understand weights of equipment and rigging tools.
- Skilled with power tools.
- Mechanically inclined.
