About this Job
The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral and psychiatric support needs.
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual as a Mobile Equipment Operator 1-2 to assist in the daily operation of the duties of the Area Maintenance Department on the Pinecrest Supports and Services grounds.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Operate and maintain various types of mobile equipment in order to properly maintain the grounds of PSSC.
- Operate a 25 hp lawn tractor cutting grass.
- Operate 62 hp backhoe with front-end loader, digging and/or loading pit run, gravel, fill-dirt, top-soil, removal of tree stumps and/or trees, grading ditches, installing drain pipes maintaining grounds of this agency.
- Operate a 53 hp tractor with a grader blade to scrape road shoulders, grade roads and level lawns.
- Operate a 40 hp tractor with roller attachment to level cold mix for patching roads, parking lots, etc.
- Operate a 2.5-ton bucket truck to clean gutters, prune trees, and remove limbs and debris from roofs of buildings.
- Operate and maintain push mowers, weed eaters, and chainsaws for the general upkeep and beautification of the grounds.
- Operate the Miller ACDC Stick Welding Machine to fabricate metals.

Location: Pinecrest Supports and Services Center - Area Maintenance Grounds
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pass Days: Saturday and Sunday
Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Detail
Mobile Equipment Operator 1: $16.06 hourly - $28.90 hourly
Mobile Equipment Operator 2: $17.18 hourly - $30.92 hourly
