Data Quality Analyst – AVP

We are building out a new Finance Data Domain within a major global financial institution, and we’re hiring someone who wants to help shape it from the ground up.
As the Data Quality Analyst, you’ll be a key player in improving the reliability and control of financial data used across Treasury, FP&A, and financial resource management. This is a brand-new role where you’ll have ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly influence outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Partner across Finance, Risk, Data Governance, and IT to solve data issues
- Drive data quality and lineage improvements for high-impact finance datasets
- Build dashboards and reporting that highlight risks and opportunities
- Establish standards, controls, and best practices for financial data
- Help design the future data strategy within Finance
What we’re looking for:
- ~3–5 years experience in Finance, Data Quality, or Data Governance
- Strong SQL experience required; Python helpful for automation (not hands-on dev)
- Knowledge of financial processes (treasury, planning, liquidity, etc.)
- Strong relationship-builder who isn’t afraid to take initiative
- Someone who has improved processes, furthered a team mission, or saved time/money

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
