About The Job
RevX Capital is expanding its Legal team and hiring for the role of AVP/Senior Associate – Legal. The role involves handling transaction documentation, providing legal support for financing transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting negotiations across debt and special credit transactions.
Name of the Post
AVP/Senior Associate – Legal
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation including:
- Loan agreements
- Debenture subscription agreements
- Security documents
- Other financing documents
- Provide legal support for structuring and execution of debt transactions
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and RBI regulations
- Support negotiations with founders, investors, and counterparties
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations
Candidates Should Possess
- CS qualification and/or Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- LL.M. qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation, and financing transactions
- Experience in private credit, structured finance, or special situations
- Prior exposure to AIF/NBFC structures will be an advantage
- Experience with special situations credit transactions will be preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities
- Ability to work closely with business teams
- Stakeholder management capabilities
