Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and negotiating:
- Tender documents
- Concession agreements
- Bids
- Joint bidding agreements
- Consortium agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
- Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Risk matrices
- Work on contracts, project documentation, regulatory, and advisory matters related to Projects & Infrastructure
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience in Project & Infrastructure matters
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Initially based in Mumbai for 6–9 months
- Subsequent relocation to the Delhi office
- Candidates should be willing to work from Mumbai during the initial assignment period before relocating to Delhi.
