- Have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or transactional practice
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Be capable of managing multiple matters with attention to detail
- Demonstrate a proactive and team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
- Drafting and managing commercial contracts
- Supporting real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and documentation
- Conducting legal research across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains
