Eligibility
Applicants Should
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university
- Be pursuing CA or CS qualifications (preferred)
- Have experience in ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
- Possess knowledge of the Companies Act and applicable corporate laws
- Be detail-oriented and proactive in handling compliance work
- Managing ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams and regulatory authorities
- Adhering to regulatory timelines and compliance requirements
