About The Job
Cencora is hiring an Analyst – Privacy Operations to support its global privacy program. The role involves handling day-to-day privacy operations, compliance, and risk assessment activities in a global, cross-functional environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in privacy operations or data protection roles
- Working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, DPDPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E
- Support execution of privacy operations and governance activities
- Develop understanding of global privacy laws including GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, etc.
- Conduct privacy assessments such as DPIAs and maintain RoPA documentation
- Assist in documenting privacy risks and tracking remediation actions
- Support third-party privacy risk assessments for vendors and service providers
- Assist in responding to internal privacy queries, audits, and regulatory requests
