We are seeking a driven Senior/Managing PI Attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and delivering exceptional results while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of plaintiff personal injury cases (including auto accidents, commercial trucking, and catastrophic injuries) from intake through resolution.
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, attend hearings, and represent clients skillfully in court and mediations.
- Review medical records, negotiate aggressively with insurance adjusters, and formulate high-impact case strategies.
- Deliver empathetic, communicative, and top-tier legal service to clients during their time of need.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active, good-standing license to practice law in Mississippi.
- 7 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff preferred, but defense experience with a strong desire to switch to the plaintiff side is welcome).
- Strong litigation skills with experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
- Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused, compassionate mindset.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
