Salary: $250,000 - $300,000

A well-established California law firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its growing labor and employment practice. This is an opportunity to work with a team known for handling high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients, while building a clear and achievable path toward partnership.
What You’ll Work On
- Defending employers in single-plaintiff and complex class action employment matters
- Handling cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
- Managing matters through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Collaborating with a seasoned team of litigators on complex, high-value cases
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk mitigation
What They’re Looking For
- Licensed to practice in California
- Experience in employment litigation on the defense side
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and motion practice

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
