An established and rapidly growing Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking a seasoned Managing Attorney to lead an expanding litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trial attorney who enjoys mentoring attorneys, trying cases, and helping shape the growth of a highly successful litigation practice.
The firm has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years and continues to expand due to increasing client demand.

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor litigation attorneys
- Handle complex personal injury litigation matters
- First-chair jury trials
- Develop litigation strategy
- Conduct depositions, mediations and court appearances
- Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 7 years of litigation experience
- Extensive Personal Injury litigation experience (preferably focused on car accidents)
- Strong trial background
- Two favorable jury verdicts within the last 12 months strongly preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Memphis, TN candidates will also be considered.
