We are seeking a talented Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to work on family law matters and gain additional experience.
The firm handles a broad range of domestic relations matters, including complex and high-asset cases, custody disputes, support matters, litigation, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs
- Handle discovery, hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- Prepare matters for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings
- Work with clients on sensitive and complex family law issues
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar admission
- Experience practicing family law preferred
- Strong litigation, writing, research, and analytical skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $155,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
