Compensation: Up to $350,000 Base Salary Settlement Bonus

What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, depending on experience.
- Handle depositions, mediations, court appearances, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop litigation strategy and work closely with a collaborative legal team.
- Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional representation.
- Work on significant, high-exposure injury cases with the support and resources needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member of the California Bar.
- Experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and advocacy skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 – $350,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic market considerations. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
