The client is seeking a driven Personal Injury Attorney with 3 years of civil litigation experience who wants to gain meaningful courtroom exposure and work on high-stakes plaintiff cases.

Practice Areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
- Conduct legal research, discovery, and depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation briefs
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Assist with and participate in jury trials and courtroom proceedings
- Work directly with senior trial attorneys on complex cases
- Travel when required for trials or case proceedings
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$400,000 – $500,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
