Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $185,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, status calls, pretrials, and trials
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
- Manage a diverse caseload including products liability and general litigation matters
