About:
I'm partnering with a growing national plaintiff-side employment law practice seeking Associate Attorneys with 4 years of experience to join its expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys interested in wage & hour litigation, class actions, collective actions, and employment disputes. The team represents workers nationwide and handles complex, multi-plaintiff matters.
What You'll Do:
- Handle plaintiff-side wage & hour and employment litigation matters.
- Work on class and collective actions involving wage and employment claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement-related documents.
- Participate in discovery, litigation strategy, negotiations, and settlement.
- Manage multiple matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- 4 years of legal experience
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Wage & hour or employment law experience is a plus.
- Must be admitted to the Texas Bar and in good standing

Compensation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180000 – $270,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
