A highly respected boutique law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Associate to join its growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions in a collaborative environment that offers direct client exposure, meaningful deal involvement, and strong long-term growth potential.
The firm represents developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and businesses across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning, and development-related transactions.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Washington, DC, Maryland licensure is a plus
• 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience preferred
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $205,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
