What You’ll Do
- Represent developers, lenders, and businesses in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Handle all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Provide strategic counsel on zoning, land use, and title insurance matters.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts in Corporate, Litigation, and Finance.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Georgia Bar membership.
- Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate law (Acquisitions, Leasing, and Finance).
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a long-standing legal legacy.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
