Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support related to construction projects, contracts, and disputes.
- Draft and review construction contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Conduct legal research to stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to address legal issues.
- Advise on risk management strategies and dispute resolution techniques.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admitted to the Florida bar.
