Position Overview
They are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join their Baltimore office. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. The right candidate will be comfortable managing transactions independently while working closely with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and related real estate instruments
- Manage and coordinate commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership with the Maryland Bar (or ability to waive in)
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
