Our client is a dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal defense across a variety of civil litigation areas. They are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 years of civil litigation experience to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters across multiple industries, including retail, construction, trucking, product liability, and governmental affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil defense litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate case files and meet firm expectations, including 1,800 billable hours annually.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in good standing.
- 1 years of experience in civil litigation or defense practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (may consider higher for exceptional candidates)
- Yearly Bonus: Performance-based bonus pool distributed based on individual contribution (typically $5,000 – $20,000)
