This role is responsible for aggressively expanding adoption of Laviors advanced wound care portfolio across SNFs, LTACs, hospitals, wound care centers, and physician specialists including plastic surgeons and dermatologists.The ideal candidate is a closer who can open doors, displace competitors, and convert accounts while also delivering the clinical education and protocol support required to drive long-term utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Growth & New Business DevelopmentOwn the territory as a growth business: build pipeline, open new accounts, and drive consistent revenue expansionPenetrate and convert new customers across:SNF and LTAC networksAcute care hospitals and outpatient departmentsWound care centersPlastic surgery and dermatology practicesExecute competitive conversions and drive product pull-through across care settingsDevelop relationships with decision-makers including administrators, purchasing, and clinical leadershipClinical Adoption & Protocol ExecutionDeliver high-quality clinical education and case-based selling to:Wound care nurses and directorsPhysicians and wound specialistsPlastic surgeons and dermatologistsConduct in-service trainings, product demonstrations, and protocol integration supportEducate customers on product differentiation, best practices, and clinical outcomesProvide guidance on billing and reimbursement pathways (facility and outpatient workflows)Distributor & Performance ManagementPartner with distribution channels including Medline, Cardinal Health, McKesson, and regional partnersTrack territory activity, pipeline, conversions, and performance using CRM toolsRepresent Lavior at conferences, industry events, and clinical workshopsQualifications (Must-Have)Proven success selling into SNFs/LTACs and/or hospitalsStrong track record of new account development and quota performanceAbility to sell clinically and influence protocol adoption (not commodity selling)Physician-facing sales experience strongly preferred, especially: Plastic surgery & DermatologyWound care physiciansExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyWillingness to travel locally within the territoryPreferred ExperienceWound care, surgical, dermatology, tissue regeneration, or skin & soft tissue product backgroundExisting relationships within SNF chains, hospital wound programs, or specialist physician groupsExperience working with distributors and driving pull-throughCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive commission structure with strong upsideOpportunity to represent a clinically supported wound care portfolio backed by research and publicationsEntrepreneurial, growth-oriented cultureComprehensive onboarding and ongoing support from leadership and clinical teams
