Key Responsibilities
LATAM Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors across Latin America
- Build and manage long-term relationships with distribution partners
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for Lavior products
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure distributor performance
- Travel within LATAM as needed to support partners and expand market presence
- Act as a direct sales representative for Lavior Pharma products
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Plastic Surgeons
- Dermatologists
- DPMs (Podiatrists)
- Clinics and wound care centers
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth in the local territory
- Conduct product presentations, training, and in-office demonstrations
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and distributor management in LATAM
- Strong background in wound care and/or dermatology products
- Established network of:
- Plastic Surgeons
- Dermatologists
- DPMs
- Demonstrated success as a medical sales representative
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)
- Willingness to travel (LATAM local territory)
