Job Description
Reports To: IT Director
Schedule: Fulltime. M-F 9am-6pm (Hours may vary based on need)
Summary: Laura Automotive Group is a growing, award-winning organization looking to fill an IT Assistant position to assist with install, operation, and maintenance of computer networks and communication systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing/verifying that all necessary security software is installed and up-to-date
- Running a monthly inventory of equipment
- Track software licensing
- Maintain network diagram
- Perform break/fix tech work as needed
- Troubleshoot network issues with computers or printers
- Perform security issue mitigation as needed
- Perform Windows Upgrades to comply with Franchise requirements
- Travel between various dealerships might be required
- Available for emergency IT related help calls
- Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
- Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
- Basic network and OSI model understanding required
- Understanding of IP cameras and NVR systems required
- History with IPOffice preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
