Personal Caregiver Attendant

About the Role:

The Personal Caregiver Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. This position involves providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes or care facilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The caregiver will work closely with clients to promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
• Training in specialized care techniques.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
