Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and overseeing general ledger activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting standards, assisting with audits, managing budgets, and identifying process improvements. This role requires collaboration with various teams and leadership to support the company’s financial operations and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and auditing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
