WB Re-Bath is one of the largest franchise groups in the country, operating across five territories(Tucson, El Paso, Las Vegas, Utah, and Colorado). We are family-owned, growing quickly, and looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team. You'll work closely with our CFO and support a remote team of three accounting staff based in the Philippines.
This is not a "review-only" position — we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute. You'll take ownership of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, while also leading the cleanup projects needed to bring our books fully up to speed.
What You'll Do
- Own reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
- Take charge of cleanup/backlog projects and bring books current.
- Review AP, AR, and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare accurate monthly financials and support budgeting/forecasting.
- Work directly with the CFO to improve processes and build scalable accounting systems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 4–6 years of accounting experience with strong technical skills.
- Proven success with reconciliations, cleanups, and close processes.
- Construction industry or project-based accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software) and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with and supporting a remote team.
