About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in support of Pinnacle Fertility’s mission to strengthen and streamline the financial operations of a growing, dynamic organization. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support ongoing compliance. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to drive process improvements, contribute to operational excellence, and play a key part in building a strong financial foundation for the company.
This is a full-time, salaried position based onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads month-end and year-end closing processes for a specific number of clinics, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, general ledger analysis, and journal entries.
- Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts and ensures the clinic financial statements are accurate and complete.
- Reconciles accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and disbursements to the general ledger.
- Prepares clear and organized account analysis for balance sheet accounts and maintains reconciliation of clearing accounts.
- Assist in audit preparations, including year-end audits and subsystem interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting required.
- Skills:
- Experience in Excel, accounting and expense management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $75,000-$1000,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
