About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in support of Pinnacle Fertility’s mission to strengthen and streamline the financial operations of a growing, dynamic organization. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, support compliance initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies across multiple clinic locations.

About The Role

The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, support compliance initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies across multiple clinic locations.

This is a full-time, salaried position based onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads month-end and year-end closing processes for assigned clinics and corporate entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, general ledger analysis, and journal entries.
- Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and ensures financial statements are accurate and complete in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconciles accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, intercompany accounts, and disbursements to the general ledger.
- Prepares clear and organized account analyses for balance sheet accounts and maintains reconciliation of clearing accounts.
- Analyzes financial results, identifies variances and trends, and provides insights to support business decisions.
- Assists in audit preparations, including year-end audits and subsystem interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Supports the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Operations, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, and other departments to resolve accounting issues and support business goals.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Supports special projects, acquisitions, integrations, and other finance initiatives as assigned.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience required.
- Healthcare, multi-site, or private equity-backed organization experience preferred.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and expense management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
