At Latham Centers, a world-renowned leader in supporting individuals with complex special needs, we’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Residential Supervisor to support residential programming and provide on-the-floor leadership. In this role, you will assist the Residential Supervisor with daily operations, mentor staff, and help establish consistent routines focused on fitness, functional living skills, and community involvement. You’ll build strong relationships with students, gain in-depth knowledge of individual needs, and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support. Location: Brewster, MA
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Compensation: $48,000 annually

Location: Brewster, MA
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Compensation: $48,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in running a minimum of one assigned suite
- Assist with creating and implementing suite programming
- Communicate directly with the Residential Activities Coordinator regarding outings, ADLs, and curriculum within assigned suites
- Supervise Residential Counselors
- Assist with creating substitute plans that are easy for substitute staff to follow
- Complete and process employee payroll as needed
- Complete required HR documentation as needed
- Become medication trained
- Participate in and engage in programming, serving as a role model and mentor to direct care staff
- Participate in daily scheduling meetings
- Cover vacancies within the assigned suite or as needed, assisting in a direct care capacity
- Report directly to the supervisor of the assigned suite
- Complete required documentation for the assigned suite, including event reports, quarterly progress notes, Behavior Support Plans, MDTs, and other required paperwork
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that may jeopardize the safety of students and/or staff
