Join Our Team! We\'re seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support our
Director of Admissions in managing the student enrollment process. In
this key role, you\'ll evaluate applications, conduct interviews with
prospective students, coordinate admissions meetings, & ensure accurate
data collection & document management throughout the admissions cycle.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 1 years; experience working
With Individuals With Special Needs Required Experience In Residential
treatment preferred. Valid driver\'s license Schedule: Monday - Friday
8a-4p (flexible) in-person Key Responsibilities: Create Quick Glances
for all new referrals & PWS inquiries. Prepare rejection/acceptance
letters, obtain Director of Admissions signature. Send via
docu-sign/email. Keep Referral/Inquiry List updated on a frequent basis.
Add documents to referral management system for tracking. Handle/oversee
phone calls. Schedule inquiry meetings, take notes, & complete any
follow-up. Acquire/complete Admission paperwork for all new intakes
including consent forms. Intake meeting minutes, 5-minute video & one -
pagers completed & sent to appropriate parties. Funnel documents from
referral management system 2 weeks before accepted referral?s intake
date, create a student file & place in docs within appropriate file.
Craft Change in Status reports & send to appropriate parties. Assist in
the day of facilitation of intake meetings. Send social hour
invites/zooms Running census report sent to Director of Admissions.
Compose the Admissions Update, send to Director of Admissions. Benefits:
