Latham Centers is a nationally recognized leader in supporting individuals with complex special needs, including Prader-Willi syndrome. We're looking for compassionate and flexible team members to join us as Float Direct Support Professionals. In this unique role, no two days are the same. Instead of being assigned to one home, you'll receive a monthly schedule and work across multiple group residences. This variety allows you to build relationships with many individuals while keeping your workday fresh and dynamic.
As a Float DSP, you'll assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and household responsibilities. You'll also support recreational outings, community engagement, and skill-building—helping individuals live with dignity, independence, and joy. If you're adaptable, caring, and ready to make a lasting difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
