Role Summary

Key responsibilities include:
- Drive service sales volume, productivity, and profitability; manage budgets and department objectives
- Ensure repair orders (retail, warranty, and unit prep) are created and processed efficiently
- Oversee scheduling and real-time adjustments to maximize shop flow
- Partner with other departments to execute a coordinated marketing plan
- Recruit, coach, evaluate, and develop technicians and support staff

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification/associate degree preferred)
- 3 years in a supervisory/manager role within a dealership service department
