You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for engagement and culture, and a key architect of workforce planning, organizational design, and HR operations.

This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide HR strategy while staying connected to day‑to‑day operations that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Multi‑Site HR Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop three Campus HR Managers, fostering consistency in HR practices, decision‑making, and employee support across all locations.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct regular campus visits to maintain alignment, strengthen relationships, and support leaders.
  • Partner closely with the HR Director, VP of HR & Administration, and all site HR teams to ensure unified HR standards and processes across campuses.
  • Guide and coach managers in effectively applying HR policies and leading their teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes across all KMA sites.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives—including spans and layers analysis, role design, and headcount planning aligned with growth objectives.
  • Own or co‑own the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and strong user adoption.
  • Work with HRIS and IT on enhancements, integrations, and system rollouts.
  • Support compensation activities including job grading, market pricing, salary recommendations, and annual comp cycle processes for site‑level positions.

Strategic HR Alignment

  • Translate business goals into people strategies that directly support operational success and long‑term workforce planning.
  • Analyze labor trends, staffing needs, and cost drivers to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with site and functional leaders to anticipate talent needs and support organizational growth and capability building.

Engagement & Culture

  • Lead the end‑to‑end engagement process, including communications, survey execution, and reporting.
  • Present engagement insights to leadership teams, highlighting strengths, opportunities, and site‑specific trends.
  • Drive action‑planning efforts across campuses to improve engagement, communication, and organizational culture.

Compliance, Auditing & HR Operations

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and employment law compliance across all sites.
  • Conduct regular audits focused on documentation, investigations, onboarding, training, and recordkeeping.
  • Partner with Safety and site leadership to reinforce compliance and safe work practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements led by the HR Director.

Talent, Development & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Payroll/Benefits to deliver a seamless, high‑quality HR experience.
  • Support performance management, leadership development, onboarding enhancements, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen manager capability through coaching, communication, and consistent culture‑building practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive HR management experience, including coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations.
  • 5 years of multi‑site HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field).
  • Experience in a non‑union manufacturing environment.
  • Experience standardizing HR processes across multiple locations.

Education Requirements
