LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Technical (R&D & Manufacturing) Recruiter to drive innovation forward. You’ll support a fast-growing engineering and R&D hub, partnering directly with leadership to shape hiring strategy and secure top-tier technical talent. This is a contract to hire opportunity and is 5 days a week onsite in Manteno Illinois!

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, R&D and technical roles
• Manage 10–20 active requisitions at a time (high-volume niche)
• Proactively source, engage and close hard-to-find talent
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  
  

What’s Needed?

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or similar role
• Proven success recruiting engineering and/or R&D talent
• Advanced sourcing skills — you know how to find hidden talent
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL
