This isn’t your average AR role. This Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist position puts you at the center of cash flow operations, working across high-value portfolios while partnering closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do – Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Own daily cash applications and ensure accurate posting
• Tackle discrepancies and resolve payment issues with confidence
• Balance and reconcile accounts against the general ledger
• Build and maintain advanced Excel reporting
• Step in as backup to team lead and help manage workload distribution
• Train and mentor team members on processes and tools
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What You Bring – Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

• 5 years in accounts receivable and B2B collections
• Proven experience managing large, complex portfolios
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP system experience across multiple platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
