Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Duties:
- Properly record and apply cash receipts, manage outstanding customer invoices, and interact directly with customers on collection matters and dispute resolution
- Releasing orders from credit hold for reasons consistent with company policy and gross margin objectives
- Running Aging Reports and reviewing customer accounts
- Applying discounts to invoices as applicable
Requirements:
- Five or more years of Accounts Receivable experience that includes commercial collections experience
- Must be a good communicator and have the energy and passion for collections.
- QuickBooks software experience a plus.
