Senior Technical Recruiter - Sales

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to support a rapidly growing organization within the advanced energy space. This Senior Technical Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling U.S. commercial operations, partnering directly with leadership to attract top technical sales talent.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where this Senior Sales Recruiter will act as a true internal headhunter, not just a recruiter.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical sales, business development and marketing roles
• Manage 10–20 active requisitions across commercial functions
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates nationwide
• Partner with senior leadership to influence hiring strategy
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  
  

What’s Needed?

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Recruiter
• Strong background recruiting for technical sales or commercial roles
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial or technology sectors preferred
• Advanced sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL
