This position plays a key role in the company’s global talent acquisition strategy and supports hiring across multiple international manufacturing locations.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 quarterly incentive program
Work Schedule
- Onsite 5 days per week during the first 90 days
- After onboarding: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Candidates must have recent experience working directly for a manufacturing company in an internal Talent Acquisition role. Candidates whose background is primarily within staffing agencies or contract recruiting environments will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition for salaried positions across global manufacturing operations
- Lead engineering recruiting efforts for highly technical roles within manufacturing environments
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans
- Support global talent acquisition initiatives across locations including Mexico, Canada, China, and Europe
- Build strong pipelines for engineering and technical professionals
- Recruit for additional professional roles including operations, leadership, HR, finance, and corporate positions as needed
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership teams throughout the recruiting process
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve manufacturing recruiting strategies and processes
- Represent the organization’s employer brand through sourcing, networking, and industry engagement
- Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced global recruiting environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong background in corporate recruiting within a manufacturing organization
- Experience recruiting engineers or other highly technical professionals in a manufacturing setting
- Experience supporting global talent acquisition efforts including recruiting in Mexico
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles
- Stable employment history with limited job movement preferred
- Experience working as a corporate recruiter or talent acquisition professional within a manufacturing company
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
